Does exercise indoors still prove as effective as outdoor exercise?
The latest games console the Wii fit allows players to choose from about 48 exercise games across 4 main categories: yoga styles, exercise mini games, anaerobic exercises, and balancing exercises. So as to play these games, the user has to balance on the wireless Wii Board device that comes with the game. The board, which resembles a slightly larger than normal bathroom scale, allows weights of as much as 320 pounds or thereabouts. It uses by 4 AA batteries so make sure you get a charger as it can be a bit of a nuisance without one. It has about 4 pressure sensors inside the Nintendo Wii fit board that discover where your feet are placed. They can also find your center of gravity, and display your body mass.
Wii fit games get people to run on the spot or are encouraged to do a hula hoop motion. These types of games can give effective workouts, but they are nowhere near as healthy as a thorough session at the gym. it's difficult to say how less healthy they are, but I will say that they're a very good beginning, but not the best type of exercise to get.
