Lately I've decided that the most effective way to get healthier and drop some fat is to bring up my game and venture out to the gymnasium more often. I have claimed it in the past and I will claim it again, running outdoors just isn't for me. Around February it's far too cold, and in the Summer months it is far too warm. The in-between days are not too bad, but I would much rather live in the cool air-conditioned gymnasium and use the treadmill there. For those amongst you that are not likely to head to the gymnasium, then you can still get a very healthy work out at home.
You can also try exercise films so that you are able to work out when you are at home even if it's raining outdoors. It is also be worth unearthing the bicycle equipment you have got in the attic. Running machines are coming down in cost and you can grab relatively cheap treadmills today. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be fairly dull, they are also incredibly beneficial.
I'm also hoping to eat somewhat healthier, I'm not eating the rich food and switching to more salads. If you want to try this, the best tip here is to simply eat less before you go to sleep, try eating a lesser dinner. I've also begun to drink more green tea, it is actually amazingly good for you and can allegedly help to destroy fat. You can discover more on the effects of tea at this tea blog. A healthy breakfast and full lunch and a light dinner, as well as taking healthier green tea or just water can ensure you stay healthy much easier.
