Like many substances, it should be taken in small doses . Similarly, people who are likely to suffer from problems with sleep should leave green tea because of the caffeine found inside it. Also, anyone suffering with heart conditions should ignore Chinese tea because of the caffeine nature of the substance. In the multitude of cases, the good points of green tea intake can often outweigh the bad points, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderate amounts and only by people that are able to enjoy a healthy intake of caffeine.
