Like many things, it should be taken in moderation . Similarly, anyone that is likely to have insomnia should try to avoid Chinese tea due to the caffeine contained within it. Similarly, those suffering with heart conditions should avoid green tea due to the caffeine nature of the drink. In the multitude of cases, the upsides of drinking green tea can seem to outweigh the bad side, although like all caffeine-based substances it should be taken in small amounts and only by people that are able to enjoy a healthy amount of caffeine.
