Tea is a strong provider of polyphenols, which are antioxidants . These have interchangeable wellbeing properties to vitamin C. Tea contain multiple main polyphenols, while the most common chemical is epigallocatechin gallate, commonly referred to as EGCG. This is the most found part of green tea.
Healthy green tea also contains caffeine, a huge stimulant, although in much smaller quantities than can be found in other teas or in coffee.
