Like many chemicals, it should be taken in moderation . Similarly, people who are likely to have abnormal sleep patterns should leave Chinese tea as a result of the caffeine found within it. Similarly, people suffering with heart conditions should ignore Chinese green tea because of the caffeine nature of the drink. In the majority of cases, the benefits of green tea intake can often outweigh the negative, although like all caffeine-based substances it should be taken in responsible amounts and only by those who are able to enjoy a healthy intake of caffeine.
