Is indoor aerobics as effective as excerise outside?
The Wii fit encourages users to choose from around 46 activities across 4 predominant sections: yoga methods, upper body strength mini games, anaerobic exercises, and balancing games. So as to play these games, the player will stand on the famous Nintendo Wii Balance Board device that comes with it. The board, which looks like a bigger bathroom scale, allows weights of as much as 320 pounds or thereabouts. Wii fit games allow the user to jog on the spot or do a variety of aerobic poses. These sorts of games can give healthy exercise, but they're nowhere near as beneficial as a true session at the gym. it's difficult to say how less useful they are, but I will mention that they are a very good start, but not the best type of exercise to utilise.
