In the last few days I've believed that the best way to get healthy and lose some weight is to ramp up my gameplan and venture to the gymnasium a bit more regularly. I've claimed it before and I'll claim it once again, jogging outdoors just is not for me. In February it's far too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it is too hot. The in-between days aren't too upsetting, but I would much rather stay in the cool air-conditioned gym and work out there. For those amongst you that aren't likely to walk to the gymnasium, then you can still get a very effective session at home.
You can also try exercise videos so that you can workout when you are indoors even if it's raining outside. It could also be worth dusting off that bike equipment you've got in the cellar. Treadmills are descending in price and you will be able to grab very low cost machines now. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be somewhat uninteresting, they're also incredibly healthy.
I am also hoping to eat much healthier, I'm lowering the fatty food and getting more salad. If you want to try this, the number one hint here is to quite simply eat lesser amount before you sleep, try having a lighter dinner. I have also begun to drink more Chinese tea, it is honestly amazingly good for you and can apparantly help to break down fat. You can read more on the benefits of green tea at this green tea info site. A good breakfast and full lunch and a brief dinner, as well as drinking healthier green tea or simply water should ensure you stay healthy in a more effective manner.
