Like many drinks, it should be taken in responsable amounts . Similarly, anyone that is likely to have insomnia should avoid Chinese tea because of the caffeine contained in it. Similarly, people suffering with heart conditions should avoid tea due to the caffeine nature of the drink. In the multitude of cases, the benefits of drinking tea can often outweigh the bad side, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in small amounts and only by those who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
