In the last few days I have decided that the greatest way to get healthy and lose a bit of fat is to ramp up my gameplan and go to the gym more often. I've said it in the past and I shall say it again, running outdoors just is not for me. Around January it's too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it's too humid. The in-between days are not too upsetting, but I would much rather stay in the cool gymnasium and workout there. For those amongst you that aren't likely to go to the gym, then you can still get an incredibly healthy session at home.
You can also try workout videos so that you are able to work out when you're at home even when it is raining. It might also be worth unearthing the bike equipment you have got in the cellar. Treadmills are falling in price and you will be able to grab very low cost treadmills today. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be somewhat dull, they're also amazingly healthy.
I am also hoping to eat a lot healthier, I'm cutting out the fatty foods and switching to more salads. If you want to try this, the best tip here is to simply eat less before you go to sleep, try eating a lesser dinner. I've also begun to have more green tea, it is actually amazingly good for you and can allegedly help to destroy fat content. A healthy breakfast and healthy lunch and a light dinner, as well as having healthier tea or just water should help you stay healthier much easier.
