Like many things, it should be taken in responsable amounts . Similarly, people that have abnormal sleep patterns should ignore green tea because of the caffeine contained in it. Also, anyone that have heart conditions should ignore tea because of the caffeine nature of the drink. In the vast majority of cases, the plusses of drinking green tea can often outweigh the bad points, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderation and only by people who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
