Today I have thought that the most effective way to get healthier and lose some fat is to ramp up my plans and travel to the gymnasium a bit more often. I've claimed it in the past and I shall say it again, jogging out of doors just isn't for me. Around Winter it is too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it is too warm. The in-between seasons aren't too bad, but I'd much rather stay in the air-conditioned gym and run on the treadmill there.
