Just like many things, it should be taken in small doses . Similarly, anyone that is likely to suffer from abnormal sleep patterns should ignore Chinese tea as a result of the caffeine that is inside it. Also, people that suffer from heart conditions should leave Jasmine green tea because of the caffeine nature of the drink. In the multitude of cases, the plusses of drinking tea can often can outweigh the bad points, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in small amounts and only by people that are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
