Zhejiang is made out of particular leaves that have been given only a very moderate amount of oxygen (and thus oxidation) during it's harvesting. ceylon tea originates from China but has recently become part of Western traditions. There has been massive amounts of study of the drink's health is strong evidence that those that often take extracted tea or Zhejiang will have a lower likelihood of heart disease and high blood pressure, although it must be kept in mind that this has yet to be fully ascertained.
