Healthy Chinese tea is a huge source of polyphenols, which are carotenoids . These have interchangeable wellness properties to vitamin C. Healthy tea contain numerous main polyphenols, while the most common chemical is epigallocatechin gallate, called EGCG. This is the most found component of green tea.
Green tea can also contain caffeine, a large stimulant, although in much lesser quantities than can be found in other teas or in coffee.
