Is indoor exercise as beneficial as working out outside?
The latest games console the Wii fit allows people to choose from over 40 exercise activies across 4 major sections: yoga styles, upper body strength mini games, anaerobic exercise, and balancing games. In order to play Wii fit games, the user must stand on the Nintendo Nintendo Wii Board device that comes with the game. The board, which resembles a large bathroom slate, allows weights of up to 330 pounds or so. It uses by four AA batteries so make sure you get a battery charger as it can be annoying without it. There are about 4 sensors within the Wii fit board that are used to discover where your feet are positioned. They can also understand your center of gravity, and check your mass.
Exercises allow the player to do press ups on the spot or are encouraged to give a variety of yoga poses. These types of games can provide useful exercise, but they are definitely not as healthy as a thorough workout session at the gym. it's difficult to say how less effective they are, but I will say that they are a good beginning, but not the best kind of exercise to make use of.
