Like many substances, it should be taken in small amounts . Similarly, people that suffer from problems with sleep should avoid Chinese tea as a result of the caffeine contained within it. Similarly, those that suffer from heart conditions should ignore tea due to the caffeine nature of the substance. In the multitude of cases, the healthy benefits of drinking tea can appear to outweigh the negative, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in moderation and only by people who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
